Tater Salad

I had another Brie-and-prosciutto panini again tonight, but instead of putting the asparagus on the sandwich, I put it in the potato salad I made to go with the sandwich. I made the dressing in this recipe, substituting the basil-Dijon mustard in for the whole-grain mustard.
