Finally! There was celery to be had at the farmer’s market today and it was so strong, you could smell it two stalls away:
These leaves are destined for future stock.
The stalks are small, but mighty flavorful.
Some ended up in this salad I made, with salad turnips and a balsamic vinaigrette.
And for dessert, I poured some of that chocolate vincotto that I bought last week over today’s strawberries:
