Finally, last night I thoroughly enjoyed watching “To Market, To Market To Buy a Fat Pig.” This documentary is one of several I have really enjoyed that were produced by the PBS station in Pittsburgh. Other gems from them that I’ve seen covered topics ranging from hot dogs to roller coasters. This show visited several farmer’s markets across the U.S., from Baltimore to Hawaii, and interviewed managers, farmers and customers. It’s very light-hearted and a neat look into how these markets come together. Here’s a clip from the show.
