Sloppy Beef and Broccoli

This took less than five minutes to prep and cook:

Sloppy Beef and Broccoli
(serves 1)

1 cup prepared sloppy joe mixture (mine was made with bison)
1 cup broccoli florets, steamed (I did this in a small casserole with a bit of water in the microwave — 2 minutes on high)
1 cup leftover cooked noodles (you could sub in rice or similar)
1 tbsp grated cheese of your choice

Heat the sloppy joe mix in a pot until hot and then toss in the broccoli and noodles and stir until everything is heated up. Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with the grated cheese (I had pecorino romano on hand, so that’s what I used). So fast and so good!
